How to Get High Heels in Wizard101
In the game "Wizard101," you are can complete the quest "Stop that Cat!" where you will obtain several pairs of Cat Burglar's Shoes. These shoes resemble a boot but have a high heel. They are the only shoes obtained in the game with a high heel. In order to obtain these boots, you must defeat Gibson O'Leary at the end of the quest. Sometimes the O'Leary Swindler enemies will drop pairs of these shoes throughout the quest.

Head to the Newgate Prison and speak with Officer Ness. He will ask you to complete the "Stop that Cat!" quest. During this quest, you will be able to obtain at least one pair of Cat Burglar's Shoes.

Begin the quest by speaking to the following officers; Officer Wallace, Officer Malone, Officer Dorsett and Officer Stone. After speaking with each officer, go and find Meowiarty and speak with him. This must be done in between speaking with each officer.

Find Meowiarty's hideout after talking to all the officers and Meowiarty one final time.

Locate Gibson O'Leary inside the hideout and fight him. He is a rat dressed in a blue-hooded cloak. Once he is defeated he will drop a pair of Cat Burglar's Shoes.

Tips & Warnings
During the course of the quest, you will fight several of the O'Leary Swindlers. When you defeat them they will also drop a pair or two of these shoes.
