The Thesis WordPress blog theme makes several customizations easily accessible. Fonts and other design elements are customizable for different sections of the blog. From sidebar headings to blog posts, blog titles, teasers and more, each area can have a different font. Thesis provides several fonts to choose from.

Instructions

  1. WordPress Dashboard

      Click the "Thesis" heading in the left navigation menu on the WordPress dashboard.

      Click "Design Options" in the submenu under "Thesis."

      Find the "Sidebars" header under the "Fonts, Colors, and More!" section in the body of the Web page. Click the plus sign associated with Sidebars to display the sidebar options.

      Select the font and font size of the sidebar headers. The first pair of submenus is for the sidebar content, not the sidebar headings. The second pair of submenus is for the sidebar headings.

      Click the "Save" button and refresh your blog to view the saved changes.

Tips & Warnings

  • For an easy shortcut, if you like the font used for the sidebars, you can select "Inherit from Sidebars" in the list of fonts.
