How to Fix a Problem With the Print Spooler Not Turned On
The print spooler is a Windows service used to store printer-related data in memory prior to the execution of a print job. If this service is paused or stopped, you will not be able to print your documents in Windows. If you are receiving an error message indicating the spooler is disabled, you will need to turn it on in the Services Management Console.
