How to Ask for Skype Contacts
If you use Skype software to make voice calls over the Internet, your "Skype contacts" are fellow Skype users with whom you can communicate for free via Skype by voice call, video call, or instant messaging. Before you can add someone to your contact list, he must give permission. When you add a potential contact to your contact list, Skype opens a text box so you can send a message seeking the person's agreement. Once he agrees, you each will be able to see whenever the other signs in to Skype and is available to talk.
