How to Post Ads Daily on Craigslist

Craigslist is a classified advertising website that allows its users to post free ads offering and seeking merchandise and services, employment and even dating partners. Although Craigslist is optimized for use by local residents of communities in which it operates, the website attracts a global audience. Post daily to Craigslist if you have enough unique reasons for doing so, or if you post to different geographical locations each day. Avoid re-posting the same ad every day, as you could be banned from the site for spamming.

Instructions

    • 1

Sign up for a free Craigslist account if you don't already have one. You don't need an account to post multiple ads, but having one makes the process easier -- it eliminates the step of having to verify your email each time you post. Click "My Account" in the upper left corner of the Craigslist homepage and then click "Sign Up for An Account." Enter your email address and the Captcha verification word, click "Create Account" and check your email for confirmation. Click the link in the email that you receive from Craigslist to complete a one-time account activation.

    • 2

Post in a different category each day or post several different ads or offers in other categories. For example, if you're an HR representative for a large company, post a different job each day to help your company fill all its vacant positions. Alternatively, post different household items for sale in advance of a big move.

    • 3

Post to different geographical locations each day but only if the content of your posts merits it. For example, if you seek native speakers of several foreign languages, post to Craigslist websites in relevant countries.

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid reposting ads for the same merchandise, service or other offer, even if the wording or slant of the ad is different. If posting the same ad and in the same city, you may only do so once every 48 hours, according to Craigslist. Doing otherwise violates the site's terms of use and may result in your account being banned if you offend repeatedly.
