How to Aim With Peep Sights
One kind of open rifle sight is the peep sight, which features a circular aperture known as a peep on top of the gun near the stock. The second part of a peep sight is a post near the end of the rifle. In terms of accuracy, peep sights offer more than regular open sights, but less than high-powered scopes. Once hunters and shooters are used to aiming with a peep, they can shoot very accurately.
