How to Allow Web Pages to Auto Refresh or Reload in Firefox

Some Web pages auto refresh or reload at regular intervals to update the information on the page. By default, the Firefox browser warns you when a page attempts to refresh and gives you the option to allow or disallow the refresh. If you want to allow websites to auto refresh without having to give them permission every time, you can change the Firefox settings.

Press "Alt" to reveal the Firefox menus.
