How to Change the Facebook Login in iPhoto

The iPhoto application is only available on Mac computers.

The iPhoto image-viewing application that comes with Apple's iLife suite allows you to connect the application to a Facebook account. From there, you can import the photos on the Facebook account into iPhoto and view them from within the application, edit Facebook albums and post photos to Facebook. If you want to change the Facebook login info used to connect Facebook to iPhoto, you must remove the Facebook account completely and re-add the account with the new account information.

Instructions

1. Click the "Finder" icon in the computer's dock, followed by the "Applications" folder icon. Double-click the "iPhoto" icon to launch the application.

2. Click the "iPhoto" tab and select the "Preferences..." option from the iPhoto menu.

3. Click the "Accounts" tab in the Preferences window. Highlight the Facebook account you want to change the login information for in the Accounts pane.

4. Click the "-" button with the Facebook account highlighted, followed by the "Remove" button to remove the account from iPhoto.

5. Click the "+" button beneath the Accounts pane. Click the "Facebook" option to highlight it and click the "Add" button to confirm that you want to add a Facebook account to iPhoto.

6. Type the Facebook login email address and password in the spaces provided. Place a check mark next to the "I agree to Facebook's terms" option, and click the "Login" button. The account with the new login information is added to iPhoto.
