How to Add a Facebook Link to an Outlook Email Signature
Microsoft Outlook offers you many options for customizing the messages that you send from within the program. One common way to personalize a message and inform your recipients of important information is through the use of an email signature. Outlook signatures can include a variety of data types, including links to Web pages. As social media is becoming a more important element of personal and business relationships, you may wish to include a link to your or your company's Facebook page in your Outlook signature.

Open a Web browser window, and navigate to your Facebook page at Facebook.com.

Click inside the address bar at the top of the window, and then press "Ctrl" + "A" to select the URL of your page.

Press "Ctrl" + "C" to copy the URL.

Launch "Microsoft Outlook."

Click "New E-mail" at the top of the window.

Click "Signature" in the ribbon at the top of the window, and then click "Signatures." This will open the "Signatures and Stationery" window.

Click the signature that you wish to modify from the "Select Signature to Edit" section of the window.

Click inside the "Edit Signature" section of the window, and place your cursor at the location where you would like to add your Facebook link.

Type the anchor text for your link. This is the text that will be underlined in your signature to indicate that it is a hyperlink. For example, you could type "My Facebook Account."

Click your mouse next to the anchor text, and drag it until the text is selected.

Click the "Hyperlink" button in the "Edit Signature" section.

Click inside the "Address" field at the bottom of the window.

Press "Ctrl" + "V" to paste the Facebook URL.

Click "OK," and then click "Save" in the "Select Signature to Edit" section.

Click "OK" to close the "Signatures and Stationery" window.

Tips & Warnings
You can also include an image in your signature, and then add a link to the image. However, some email hosting providers block embedded images, so your message recipients may not see the image.
