How to Tweet to a List
Twitter is a self-described "real-time information network" that hosts individual accounts that make small postings of up to 140 characters. Like other social networking sites, Twitter allows users to communicate with a group of others through these 140 character messages, also known as tweets. Unlike many of the social networking sites, however, Twitter has separate groupings for users that follow your tweets and those whose tweets you follow. In terms of communicating directly to a specific list, Twitter's formation limits you in tweeting to only your specific list of followers and not other listing forms.
