How to Change the Permissions Package in the Mac OS
The Mac OS X operating system is based on Unix, which becomes clear when considering permissions. If you change the permissions of a file, folder, package or anything else on your computer, you amend how users can access and open them. If you have created a private document package, for example, it might be important to stop other users from opening or editing that package. In this case, you can change the permissions.
