How to Adjust Screen Resolution in "Flight Simulator X"

"Flight Simulator X" is a game developed by Microsoft that allows players to pilot a variety of planes. The large size of the game requires 256 MB of system RAM in order for it to run smoothly. If you find that the game plays jumpy on your computer, you can improve the performance by changing the game resolution.

  • Double-click on the "Flight Simulator X" icon.

  • Select "Options" from the main menu.

  • Choose the "Settings" section within the options and then select "Display."

  • Locate the section that shows the games resolution. Click the drop-down menu and select "1440 x 900." This will help Flight Simulator run smoother.

  • Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window to save the resolution changes to the game.
