How to Dial on Skype
As a Skype user, you can dial landline and mobile phone lines using the application. Skype is an application that utilizes your computer's Internet connection to make Skype-to-Skype calls and Skype-to-phone calls. You must have Skype credit or a monthly subscription to dial phone numbers using the application. If you have a Skype number, when you dial phones, the number will show on the call recipient's caller ID. Depending on your monthly subscription, you can dial unlimited phone numbers using Skype.
