How to Uninstall "Medieval: Total War" Files

Medieval: Total War is a strategy game for the PC produced by Sega, focused on the years 1087-1453 in Europe. You can uninstall the game if you wish to reclaim disk space. Removing the game from your system is simple using Window's uninstaller utility. You will also have to delete additional save files and other game data if you wish to completely removal all Medieval: Total War files.

  • Open the Start menu, select "Control Panel."

  • Select "Programs and Features," then "Programs."

  • Locate Medieval: Total War in the list of installed applications and games. Click "Uninstall." The Windows Uninstaller will launch. Follow the on-screen prompts, if any, to remove the game from your computer.

  • Open a new Windows Explorer window. Navigate to C:\Program Files\SEGA, right-click the "Medieval Total War" folder and click "Delete." If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, Navigate to (in addition to) C:\Users[user name]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\SEGA. Right-click the "Medieval Total War" folder and click "Delete" to remove the remaining game files from your computer.
