The On-Screen Keyboard is an accessibility tool in Windows. It enables users to type and access various tools without a regular keyboard. This interactive keyboard displays on the desktop and remains visible on top of all applications. If this feature is turned on, it might launch automatically every time your system initiates. It is easy to disable the On-Screen Keyboard using the Ease of Access Center utility.
Click "Start" in the Windows "Taskbar", type "Ease" in the search field and press "Enter." Choose the "Ease of Access Center" option from the list of results.
Click the "Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard" option.
Click the check box that corresponds to the "Use On-Screen Keyboard" option, then click "Save" to confirm changes. The check box should be checked to display the On-Screen Keyboard, and unchecked to hide it.
