How to Put a Picture From Picasa Web Albums to Craigslist Using HTML Code
Online classifieds service Craigslist allows you to buy and sell merchandise and real estate, offer and procure employment and even the opportunity to find romance. Craigslist sets its ad listings to a default template, but it's possible to customize yours by adding HTML code. Add a picture from your Picasa Web Album to a Craigslist ad to give it personalized flair.

1
Create a new Craigslist ad if you haven't already started one. Click "Post to Classifieds" in the top, left corner of the Craigslist home page and choose a category. Give your ad a title, location and price -- if necessary -- then input any ad copy you feel necessary to explain your product, service or whatever it is you offer or seek.
-
2
Insert the following HTML code at the point you want the image from your Picasa Web Album to display:
<img src=""></img>

3
Copy the URL of the picture from your Picasa Web Album to your computer's clipboard. Click the photo to view it, then click "Link to This Photo," located in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the image. Click "Image Only" next to the image size you want in your ad, highlight the code, right-click on it and click "Copy."
-
4
Paste the image URL between the quotation marks of your HTML code. For example, if your image URL is "http://www.picasa.com/picture.jpg," you would do so as follows:
<img src="http://www.picasa.com/picture.jpg></img>
-
5
Preview and publish your ad. Click "Continue" to view your ad as others see it, agree to Craigslist's "Terms of Service," enter a jumbled "CAPTCHA" sequence, then click "Continue." Check your email for a message from Craigslist, then click the link within it to post your ad live on the site.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure the image you want to use is public. If you insert the URL to a private image in your ad, only you and others logged into your account can see it.
