Most of the phones and PDAs that are being manufactured today contain a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) browser. A WAP browser is simply a browser that is specially made to allow Internet access on your phone. Most mobile carriers charge a data fee for accessing WAP services. For this reason, you should consider signing up for a data package, especially if you intend to use your mobile browser frequently.
Press the "Menu" button on your mobile device. Do this from the device's home screen.
Use your device's navigation buttons to scroll through the various menu applications.
Select the "Internet" or "Browser" application (exact wording will vary by device). If your device has a carrier signal, you should be able to browse the Internet using the WAP browser. The carrier signal is generally indicated by indicator bars that are located on your device's screen.
