How to Fill Black Eyebrows
Eyebrows can make a dramatic statement on a woman's face just as a moustache can on a man's face. There are many ways to get perfect-looking eyebrows. Tweezing, waxing, threading or shaving are the usual methods. Once a woman has the eyebrows she wants, maintaining them takes little effort. Sometimes women change their haircolor. If the change is significant, for instance, from blond to brunette or even black, darkening the eyebrows will make the new haircolor appear more natural looking. Darkening the shade of the eyebrows is possible with a few stokes from an eyebrow pencil. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Use the eyebrow brush and mirror to comb through the eyebrows, making sure they are in the direction desired.
-
2
Remove the cap from the black eyebrow pencil. Press the side of the pencil, sharp end up, against the side of your nose. Where the tip of the pencil hits the eyebrow, make a small mark. This is where the eyebrow should start.
-
-
3
Make eye pencil strokes starting from the edge of the eyebrow closest to the nose, working your way out toward the end of the brow at the outside corner of the eye.
-
4
Make strokes with the eyebrow pencil until you are satisfied with the shape and shade of the eyebrow.
-
5
Use the eyebrow brush to brush in the pencil, making it look more natural and not obvious. Use the brush to follow the entire arch of the brow to make sure all hairs are separated.
-
6
Repeat Steps 1 through 5 on the opposite eye, ensuring both eyebrows are even. Use just enough pencil for the brows to look natural and not caked.
