Time Warner Cable maintains records of all incoming and outgoing calls to and from your home digital phone. You can view your phone records online from a computer with Internet access. Alternatively, you can also contact customer service and inquire about the availability of your phone records. Whether you need to identity calls from a particular number or monitor a household member's call usage, obtaining your Time Warner call history records is easy.
Navigate to Time Warner Cable's "My Services" web page. Go to myservices.timewarnercable.com.
Enter your username and password and click "Continue." If this is your first time utilizing this service, click "Register Now" and follow the on-screen instructions to register your Time Warner account.
Click "My Phone" and select "Call History." View a list of all incoming and outgoing calls by time and date. Print a copy for your personal records.
Contact Time Warner customer service. Access the "Contact Us" web page and click the link under the "Our Locations" heading. Enter your street address, city and state to obtain contact information for a customer service center near your area.
Request a copy of your call records online or by phone. A copy of your records will be mailed to your home address. If you contact customer service via phone, you will be required to provide your four-digit customer access code. This code can be found on your monthly bill or in your online account. You can also visit a center in-person. Show your photo ID to the customer service representative to get a copy of your phone records.
Tips & Warnings
- If you use the "Pay Express" services, the username and password will not work for your regular Time Warner cable account. You must register for your "My Services" account separately.
