Go to the DMV website to obtain a copy of your free driver's license report. Look for "Reports & Records" on the left side of the page and click on "Driving Records" located at the top of the list.

Input your birth date, name, driver's license number and state into the required fields. Select the "Search Now" option located at the bottom of the page and allow the website to process the information that you entered.

Read the privacy policy and consent form that is listed on the page. Make sure you understand the terms and that you are following the policies correctly. For example, you must be 18 years of age or older. Confirm that you are requesting a record for yourself and not someone else. Select the "I agree" option, followed by "Continue" located at the bottom of the page.
