TracFone users have the option of adding airtime through their phone, or through the TracFone website. If your TracFone phone won't charge, you can add airtime through the Web page using a computer. You can purchase airtime directly from the TracFone site, or add airtime from a TracFone card you purchased at a retail store.

Open your Web browser and go to the TracFone Add Airtime page. You can find the link in the Resources section.

Type the Airtime PIN number on the back of the TracFone card in the "Airtime PIN:" box.

Type in any promotion codes you may have in the "Promotional Code (Optional):" box.

Type your TracFone phone number in the box labeled: "TracFone Telephone Number:"

Click the "Submit" button to add the airtime to your TracFone account.
