How to Find the PIN for a Boost Phone
Boost Mobile phone users can manage their phone preferences and payment options using a personal identification number or PIN. With all the different PIN numbers that you have for your bank ATM and various other services, it can be easy to forget the access code for your phone. Boost Mobile provides a mechanism that allows you to recover your four-digit PIN number if you happen to forget it.

Call "611" from your Boost Mobile phone to access the carrier's automated phone system. For this method to work, your call must originate from the Boost Mobile phone for which you need to recover the PIN.

Navigate through the menu options using the voice prompts: select "Manage Your Account," "Account Management" and then "Update Account Preferences."

Enter four arbitrary digits when you are prompted for your PIN. You will hear an error message. Re-enter the four digits and you will receive another error message. After the second error, the system will notify you that your correct PIN will be sent to your phone via text message.

Open the text message when it arrives to find your Boost Mobile PIN. If you are unable to receive text messages on your phone, dial "#233" to make a payment and re-activate your service.

Tips & Warnings
If you did not manually change the PIN for your Boost Mobile phone, it defaults to the last four digits of your phone number.
Only active, paid-current accounts can receive text messages.
