How to Sync Firefox and Safari
Safari is the default Web browser that comes installed on all Macs. Whether due to personal preference or familiarity, many Mac users opt to use Mozilla's Firefox Web browser instead of or in conjunction with Safari. Luckily, if you use both Web browsers and you want to sync your bookmarks across both applications, you can do so in a few simple steps.

From Safari to Firefox

Double-click the "Safari" application icon to launch the Web browser.

Click the "File" tab and select the "Export Bookmarks" option. Choose a location to save the HTML file and click the "Save" button to export the bookmarks.

Double-click the "Firefox" application icon to launch the Web browser. Click the "Bookmarks" tab and select the "Show All Bookmarks" option. Click the star icon and select the "Import HTML" option from the drop-down menu.

Select the "From an HTML File" option and click the "Continue" button. Locate the HTML file you saved in Step 2, highlight it and click the "Open" button to sync Safari's bookmarks to Firefox.

Double-click the "Firefox" application icon to launch the Web browser.

Click the "Bookmarks" tab and select the "Show All Bookmarks" option. Click the star icon and select the "Export HTML" option from the drop-down menu. Click the "Save" button to export the Web browser's bookmarks.

Double-click the "Safari" application icon to launch the Web browser. Click the "File" tab and select the "Import Bookmarks" option.

Locate the HTML file you saved in Step 2, highlight it and click the "Import" button to sync the Firefox bookmarks to Safari.
