How to Make a Catering Contract
When you are a caterer or are doing business with a caterer, you need to have a written contract. A written contract is proof of the agreement between the parties. The contract can be referred to in the event of a disagreement between the parties as to the rights and obligations under the agreement. The caterer and the customer should carefully document the terms and conditions of their agreement in the written contract.
