As a result, email files from Outlook Express must be converted into a different format before they can be read and used in Microsoft Outlook. Fortunately, Microsoft Outlook includes an import tool that will automatically convert Outlook Express data and add it to your Outlook mailbox.

• Microsoft Outlook 2007 or later

Instructions

1. Open Outlook.

2. Go to "File" in the top menu and choose the "Import and Export" option.

3. Select the "Import Internet Mail and Addresses" option and press "Next."

4. Highlight "Outlook Express" from the list of applications.

5. Check the box next to "Import Mail."

6. Click "Next" and "Finish" to convert your Outlook Express data and import it into your Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
