A hard boiled egg is a simple snack by itself, added to tuna fish or the main ingredient for an egg salad sandwich. Avoid over-boiling the eggs by keeping a close eye on them. The eggs should be done in 10 minutes or less. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Boiling pot
  • Water
  • Eggs
  • Vinegar
  • Colander

Instructions

      Put the eggs in a pot in a single layer.

      Cover the eggs with an inch of cold water.

    • 3

      Add 1 tsp. of vinegar to peel the eggs easier.

      Put the pot over medium heat and cover with a lid.

      Bring the water to a rolling boil.

    • 6

      Cook for one minute after the rolling boil has been reached. Remove the pot from the heat.

      Let the eggs sit in the pot for 20 minutes.

      Place the eggs in a colander and run cold water over them.

    • 9

      Peel the eggs and enjoy.
