How to Hide a Surname in Facebook
Facebook's rules dictate that you have to use your real name to maintain a profile on the popular social networking platform, but there is a way to change your name if need be. Hiding your surname gets a bit tricky, as Facebook wants you to use both your first and last names; but you can try to change your surname to something else, allowing you to "hide" your profile from people who know you by your real name. Facebook does review each name change, so be aware that your name change may be rejected.
