      Click the iTunes icon on your desktop, taskbar or in your Start menu. Wait for the program to start.

      Click "File," then "Add Folder to Library." Navigate to the folder where your Limewire music is held, then click "OK." The default Limewire download location is the folder labelled "Shared" in your user folder.

      Wait for the music to import into your iTunes library. Insert the iPod cable into the computer, then the iPod.
