Time Warner provides many different ways for you to pay your bill:
- Mobile — using the My TWC app
- Online — using the TWC website
- Phone — over the telephone
- Mail — mailing in a check or money order
- Store — visiting a store in person and pay at the store
My TWC App
Download and install the My TWC app from Google Play for an Android device or the App Store for an iOS device. Launch the app, enter your TWC username and password and tap Sign In.
Select Make Payment.
Select a payment method: Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card or Debit Card.
Type the appropriate information into the fields on the screen depending on the payment type you selected. For example, if you're paying with a credit card, provide the name on the card, card number and expiration date. Select Continue to review your payment information.
Review the payment information and choose Submit Payment Now to pay your bill. Check the box to permit the app to store your credit card information for future bill payments.
Pay your bill online by selecting Pay Bill on the main screen of the Time Warner website. Type your TWC username and password and select Sign In to log in to your account.
Review your current charges and balance due and then select Pay My Bill. You can also download a PDF copy of your bill, view previous bills and display a list of past payments you've made to Time Warner.
Select One-Time to make a single payment or Recurring to set up an automatic payment. Then choose how you're going to pay your bill, either by Credit Card or Debit Card or by Bank Account. Choose Continue to proceed to the payment details.
Print and keep a copy of the payment authorization terms and conditions for either your credit or debit card or your bank account and the terms and conditions of Time Warner's electronic bill payment service. Check the box to Agree to the terms and conditions and select Continue.
To pay with a credit or debit card, choose the card type and then type the name on the card, card number and expiration date. To pay with your bank account, choose the account if it's already set up or select New Checking or New Savings to create a new account. Type the name on the account, the account number and the routing number. Select Continue to verify your payment information.
Review the information on the screen to confirm your payment choices. Select Submit to process the payment on the date indicated for the amount displayed on the screen. Print the thank-you notice with your confirmation number after your payment processes.
Take out the credit card you're going to use to pay your TWC bill. Call TWC at 1-800-892-4357.
When the voice menu asks you why you're calling, state "pay my bill."
Follow the remaining voice prompts to use your credit card to pay your TWC bill.
While the voice prompts enable you to request to speak to a live agent, you might have to pay a processing fee if the live agent helps you make your payment.
Check in the Mail
You can also send a check or money order for the balance due on your bill by mail. Make the check or money order out to Time Warner cable. Use the return mailer that came with your bill or alternately send it to the payment address on the bill.
At a TWC Store
You can alternately pay your bill in person by visiting a TWC Store and making a payment. Most stores accept cash, check, money order in addition to the other payment options. You might be charged a fee for paying in cash.
