How to Permanently Delete the History on Firefox thumbnail
Clearing the history removes all information Firefox has stored on your computer.

Mozilla's Firefox web browser software automatically tracks and stores information for you as you browse the internet. Firefox records a history of website addresses you've visited, files you've downloaded, stored passwords, website cookies and more. Some of this information can be private and not something you want to keep permanently stored. Deleting the history on Firefox ensures that any of this sensitive data is removed safely from your computer.
