Instructions

    • 1

Place the glasses in a sink full of hot water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Rub the stickers as gently as possible and get as much of the adhesive off the glasses as you can.

    • 2

Pour some baby oil or vegetable oil on the price tag stickers. You could also rub the adhesive off using undiluted vinegar. An option that isn't natural or completely nontoxic is to use acetone nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to remove the price tags. Whenever you use nail polish remover, make sure you are in a well-ventilated area.

    • 3

Allow the oil or vinegar to sit on the stickers overnight. The alcohol or nail polish remover can be rubbed on for more immediate results.

    • 4

Remove the stickers. If you used the oil or vinegar method, they should peel off quite easily the next day. If for some reason you still have stubborn sticker adhesive after using home remedies, you can purchase a product made specifically for removing stickers at a hardware or craft store.

    • 5

Wash the glasses as you normally would to remove any trace of the product you used to remove the adhesive.
