Aveda Pure Abundance Directions
The Aveda Pure Abundance collection is a styling collection from the Aveda company made for those with fine or thin hair. The products in this collection, with regular use, help those with fine hair achieve more volume and lift. The collection has four items: shampoo, conditioner, hair spray and hair potion. All may be used separately but when used together, the collection may offer a better result. All products are available on the Aveda company website (aveda.com) Does this Spark an idea?

- Aveda Pure Abundance volumizing shampoo
- Aveda Pure Abundance volumizing clay conditioner
- Aveda Pure Abundance volumizing hair spray
- Aveda Pure Abundance hair potion

Massage a nickel to quarter size amount of shampoo into damp hair.

Wash the shampoo completely out.

Put about a nickel to quarter size of the conditioner into damp hair. Smooth the conditioner into the hair from roots to ends.

Rinse the conditioner out of the hair.

Scrunch a nickel-sized amount of the liquefied hair potion into wet or dry hair. Liquefy the potion by sprinkling it into your hands and rubbing them together. Or, sprinkle a few sprinkles of the potion directly from the bottle onto roots of dry hair and work it into your scalp with your fingers. The potion is much like a dry shampoo and can be used to get out excess oil from the hair, while still giving volume to the hair. If your hair is still greasy, sprinkle a bit more of the potion onto your roots.

Create texture with the potion by sprinkling a few sprinkles throughout your hair, so that it covers each hair shaft. You will feel the texture of your hair change. If you want more texture, add more potion. Braid or twist your hair after you add the potion to create more texture. Take down your braids or twists when you reach your desired textured effect.

Dry the hair with a blow dryer or or let the hair air dry and then use the hair spray. Push the pump on the bottle and hold the bottle about 10-12 inches from the hair. Spray as needed. This will set your hair.

Tips & Warnings
A little bit of the hair potion goes a long way, so use it sparingly.
