3. Request information about the candle making association and any upcoming trade shows. Ask for the contact information for the trade show. If there is more than one show scheduled, request the information for those shows as well.

4. Contact the trade show registration committee and request a registration packet for the show. The information packet includes a list of all the businesses registered for a display booth. This information may also be online at the association's web site.

5. Read the trade show registration page to locate wholesale candle supply companies. The information listed for the company generally includes the company phone number and location. Create a list of wholesale companies that are close to you.

6. Contact the wholesale businesses and request information about wholesale purchases. Be ready to supply your retail business license number.
