Call Forwarding Instructions

Forward your calls to your home or office.

There may be times when you are unable to answer your cellphone and want to forward a call to your landline or office phone. Wireless phone services make that easy by offering call forwarding as a standard feature on most calling plans. Your cellphone does not ring again until you deactivate the call forwarding service. When the time comes, it takes only a few simple steps to forward all of your calls.

Instructions

1. Press "*72" on your cellphone.

2. Choose the phone number to which you want to forward your calls, and enter that 10-digit phone number. Press the "Send" button and receive confirmation that the phone number was forwarded.

3. Press the "End" button.

4. Deactivate the call forwarding service by pressing "*73" on your cell phone.

5. Press the "Send" button and receive confirmation that the service was turned off.

6. Press the "End" button.
