Instructions for 7-Day Miracle Cleanse
The 7-Day Miracle Cleanse is a cleansing program which claims to rid the colon of parasites and mucoid plaque, as well as restore the body's pH level to an alkaline state. This program involves more time than seven days. There is a pre-cleanse period of 10 days, then the seven day cleanse, followed by three months of taking the pH balancing herbal blend. At the end of the 3.5 month period, the cleanse can be started again or may be discontinued.
