How to Customize Your UGGs

Customize your UGG boots by painting your own design.

UGG boots are worn by many people in the colder months for their comfort, warmth and versatility. Unfortunately, the popularity of the brand means if you wear them, you'll be wearing a pair of boots seen on millions of other people. If you like UGGs but are also hoping to wear something that sets you apart from the masses, you can customize your boots. Paint original design onto your UGGs and you will have one pair of boots in a million.

Things You'll Need

• Cloth
• Fabric paint
• Paintbrushes
• Suede leather protector spray

Instructions

1. Wipe off dust and dirt from your UGG boots using a damp cloth. Let the boots dry.

2. Paint your design onto the UGG boots with fabric paint and paintbrushes. Use a detail brush and larger brushes, if necessary, to paint your design onto the UGG boots. Be careful when painting not to smudge your design. If you are layering different colors on top of each other, let the first layer dry completely before painting on top of it. Let the paint dry.

3. Place the UGG boots on newspaper outside of your home. Spray the boots with suede leather protector. This will protect the painted design and the sheepskin from daily wear.
