How Do I Repair the H700 in a Centro?

The Centro is a smartphone developed and marketed by Palm. The H700 is a Bluetooth headset that allows you talk hands-free. You can use the H700 on your Palm Centro smartphone. Occasionally, you may encounter issues with the headset. Most of these issues tend to originate from the synchronization process between the two devices.

      Make sure your H700 headset is fully charged. Plug the charger (included in the packaging) into the end of the H700 headset. Note that the indicator light turns red when the battery is charging. Wait for about two hours until the light turns green indicating a full charge. Disconnect the charger.

      Press the Applications button (home-shaped icon) on your Centro and select "Bluetooth." Choose "Bluetooth: On" if it is not already selected.

      Choose "Setup Devices." Choose "Hands-free Setup."

      Choose "Add Device." Select "Motorola H700" from the list of devices. Choose "OK."

      Enter "0000" when prompted to enter a passkey. Select "OK."
