How To Print a Screen From a Keyboard
The keyboard is a hardware device that transmits the key strokes of the user for the computer to process on the screen or to execute various commands. There are many different types of button commands that can be used on the keyboard to perform certain functions. One particular keyboard function is called "Print Screen," and it allows a user to take a screenshot of what is displayed on the monitor.

Navigate to the page or screen you wish to capture.

Press the "Print Screen" button to capture a picture copy of the entire screen. Note that this will capture literally everything on the screen, so that includes things like your task bar, mouse pointer and even scroll bars.

Press "ALT"+"Print Screen" to take a screenshot of the window that is currently active. This method is best for taking a picture of only the active window without the extraneous elements not part of it.

Tips & Warnings
Some keyboard manufacturers label the "Print Screen" button "Prt Scr."
