1. Navigate to the Universal Studios Orlando website and click on "Weddings and Celebrations" on the menu at the bottom of the page.

2. Review the different Universal Studios parks to find a park to feature your event, such as Marvel Super Hero Island, Islands of Adventure or the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Peruse such details as the guest capacity, meal options and rides available.

3. Perform a head count of the expected guests for the event.

4. Click on "Request Proposal" at the top, right of the screen relaying the various parks.

5. Type in the pertinent information, such as your contact information and details regarding the birthday celebration. These will include the guest number estimate, which typically has a 20 person minimum, the event date as well as a description of the event.

6. Submit the information and wait for a Universal Studios representative to contact you to discuss the event further.
