How to Print Play Money
Play money can be used by children to learn about money or for games. Parents or teachers can print out play money for children to avoid buying the play money from the store. Whenever there is a high demand for play money or children need more play money, printing the play money may be more cost efficient than purchasing it.

Download a play money design or template from the Internet. There are several online resources that provide play money template and design downloads. Select an appropriate template based on the needs of the play money. If used for teaching about money, select a template that is similar to the appearance of real money. If used for children's games, select any preferred play money appearance.

Set up the printer. Add paper as necessary and check that the printer has color ink. Connect any cords, such as a USB cord or a power cord.

Select the "Print" in the program you are using to set up print options.

Enter the preferred number of pages to print. Play money templates usually have a few dollars or bills per page. In many cases there are about 10 to 12 per page. Print pages according to the number of bills needed. Select the "Print" option once the number of pages is determined.
