How to Continue to Use Comcast Webmail Over SmartZone
Comcast's SmartZone Communications Center is a hub for managing your Comcast email and voice mail messages. You can access your SmartZone account from any location with an Internet connection and web browser. Manage your email messages from the SmartZone panel to eliminate the need for an email management program. SmartZone allows you to flag spam messages, reducing the clutter caused by unsolicited emails.

Launch your Internet browser. Navigate to the Comcast website. Click the "Email" link in the middle right of the screen.

Enter your Comcast email address and email account password in the empty fields. Click "Sign In."

Click any listed email in the "Inbox" window to open the message. Click the "New" icon to create a new message.

Input the email address, subject and content in the fields provided. Click "Send." Check your "Sent" folder for copies of any sent mail.

Click "Get Mail" to check for new messages after you log in. Click the empty check box beside any spam messages, and click the "Spam" button in the address bar to send them to your junk mail folder.
