How to Get Infinite Red Orbs on God of War
"God of War" for the PlayStation 2 contains a glitch that enables Kratos to gain an infinite number of red orbs, which gives him 199 full red bars. Found during the "Challenge of Atlas," this glitch can be repeated, as long as certain enemies remain in their default spots. You must slay a Harpy using the Plume of Prometheus attack to take advantage of the glitch and collect the red orbs.

Proceed through the room with the saws on the floor.

Cross the bridge to find a Harpy flying around the base of a tower.

Move Kratos to a ladder at the right of the tower. Do not kill the Harpy.

Angle Kratos so the Harpy is between him and the ladder.

Attack with the Plume of Prometheus (Square, Square, Triangle) to make the Harpy fly into the air and land atop the ladder. It will then begin to bounce.

Do not move Kratos while the red orbs continue to fall from the Harpy. Remain there until the red bars total 199.

Tips & Warnings
If the glitch doesn't work when you kill the Harpy, go back to the bridge and jump off. When you restart, the Harpy will appear in front of Kratos.
