You will need to upload your avatar to a host that allows animation and make it the custom size.

Create your animated avatar. You can use your image editing program or a free site such as Picasion, Pho.to or Gickr to make the avatar. Make sure to save the image as a ".gif" file.

Go to an image hosting site such as PhotoBucket, Flickr or Imageshack that allows you to upload free photos and create your account or log in with your existing user name and password.

Select the "Upload now" option to upload your photo.

Click the option to "Save and continue" once the image uploads. You can make any modifications to the dimensions directly from your image uploading site, but it's better if you do it through your image editing program.

Use the URL to add your photo to selected sites. It is located beneath your image.
