2. Phone Bare Escentuals' customer service department at 888-795-4747. When connected to a representative, ask to speak to the person in charge of setting up corporate accounts.

3. Ask the corporate account rep to fax or email you the Bare Escentuals retailer application. Provide the account manager your mailing address or e-mail address, so she can send you the wholesale catalog that contains retail prices and required bulk-quantity orders.

4. Complete the retailer application, making sure to include your industry references and a credit card number Bare Escentuals can bill for each purchase. You will also need your retail sales tax number, provided to you by your state's department of revenue.
