Cut out a rectangle strip of felt large enough to fit over your eyes and the bridge of your nose. Make the rectangle large enough to wrap around and touch your ears. Cut out two eye holes in the mask. Sew the felt strip to the front of the beanie to make the Batman mask.

4
Cut two triangle shapes from the black felt. Put on the beanie mask to determine the right placement for the ears. The ears should be placed just at the crown of your head. Sew the ears to the top of the beanie in a slightly rounded shape to give them a 3D appearance.

Put on the gray sweats. Put on the underwear over the sweats. Put the belt on over the underwear so that the underwear band is hidden. Put on the beanie mask. Put on black socks and shoes. Tie a black cape around your neck. The Batman costume is complete.
