How to Rub Vitamin-E on Face for Wrinkles

Fine lines and wrinkles on the face are something that comes with aging. Many people like to try to turn back the clock and get rid of these wrinkles. One method that some people use is to apply vitamin E to the face. The benefits of vitamin E applied facially to reduce wrinkles is not proven scientifically, but has backing by users and cosmetics companies. Vitamin E applied topically should be applied with care to avoid the nose, eyes and mouth and should be stopped immediately with any rash appearance.

Things You'll Need

• Pin
• Vitamin E soft gel
• Facial cleanser
• Washcloth

Instructions

1. Apply mild facial cleaner to your face and rinse with clean water. Pat your face dry with a clean washcloth.

2. Wash your hands and dry with a washcloth.

3. Use a pin to make a small hole in a vitamin E soft gel capsule. Squeeze some of the vitamin E onto your fingertips.

4. Dab the vitamin E gel in globs on the cheeks, chin and forehead. Avoid eyes, nose and mouth areas.

5. Spread the vitamin E over your face with slight pressure and small strokes. Rub the vitamin E upwards rather than pulling down on the skin. Allow the gel to dry completely before applying makeup or going to sleep.
