How to Get Rid of Love Handles Fast at Home
Love handles are the fat that people get around their middle, covering the outermost part of the oblique muscles. It is because of their position on the body that they have been coined with this clever name. The fat around people's mid-section can lead to a higher risk of heart disease, according to Science Daily. For this reason it is important to get rid of those love handles as soon as possible.

Performing crunches is the easiest way to reduce those love handles. Instead of just doing normal crunches, where the knees are bent and the top half of the body and the bottom are both lifted to meet in the middle, try doing ones that are more honed to firming the sides. To do this start in the same position but instead of lifting the lower half of the body and the upper half straight together, point the left elbow, twisting mid-crunch, towards the right knee, and vice versa.

Jab at a punching bag to get a core workout that will remove love handles. If a punching bag is not available, just punch the air. Stand with feet shoulder length apart and one arm at a time punch out, twisting the waist with each punch. Perform as many of these "air" punches at a time as possible.

Drink a glass of milk each day, preferably low fat or skim.
