How to Sync the Time for My Windows CE Utility With the Time of My Network Server

Windows CE is an operating system developed by Microsoft for mini computers and embedded systems. Sometimes, you may notice that your Windows CE clock is displaying the wrong time. This typically occurs when you move to a new time zone or when your clock is unable to update itself for daylight savings time. Either way, you can sync your clock with the time of your network server. Note that this process may require administrative rights.

Instructions

1. Log in to your mini device that runs on Windows CE.

2. Navigate to "Control Panel."

3. Open "Date/Time."

4. Click the "Internet Time" tab.

5. Check "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server."

6. Type the address for your network server in the "Server" box. Click "Update Now."
