How to Print a Standard Booklet
The creation of a booklet can be a bit tricky as once you are done designing and writing out the information. Adobe Acrobat, a free program, allows for easy printing of a standard booklet

Download Adobe Acrobat from Adobe's website.

Save the installer to your desktop. Once downloaded, find the installer on the desktop and double click on it to begin the installation.

Follow the instructions on the screen to install Acrobat.

Open Adobe Acrobat and open your booklet by clicking "File," then "Open." There is also an "Import" selection within the file menu if your file is in a format not native to the Adobe software.

Go to "File" and "Print" to select the printer which you will be using. In the page handling screen, find the page scaling menu and choose the standard booklet printing option.

Specify which pages you would like to print. If it is the entire booklet then select "All." Otherwise enter the specific pages separated by a comma.

Check to see if your printer is connected to the computer and has paper loaded into it as well as working ink. Press print to send your booklet to the printer.
