Creating a chain link fence flag is a form of urban art. Red, white and blue cups are used to create a flag in the holes of the chain link fence. These flags can be installed wherever a chain link fence stands. The Fourth of July is a holiday when these works of art can be seen in the fences of schoolyards and chain link fence overpasses across America.
